Finally we have an ad for the new Hunger Games nail polish by China Glaze: Capitol Colours. And I must say, they look lovely.
I absolutely LOVE her eyelashes. I'm really hoping they put some out for sale just in time for Halloween next year. I'm planning on making an Effie costume. :)
