Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish.
This meme was created because they are particularly fond of lists at
The Broke and the Bookish. They'd love to share lists with other
bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Each week they will post a new Top Ten list complete with one of their bloggers’ answers. Everyone is welcome to join. All they ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND post a comment on their post with a link to your Top Ten Tuesday post to share with them and all those who are participating. If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

Top Ten Books I'd Recommend To Someone Who Doesn't Read X (for example, if you are a YA blogger you might pick 10 YA books for people who don't read YA or if you read classics maybe 10 classics that those who don't typically read classics might read! Or you could get more specific).I've never done a "Top Ten" post, but I really wanted to post the Top Ten books I would recommend to someone who doesn't read YA books:
- The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins
- Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa
- Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead
- The Mortal Instruments series and Infernal Devices series by Cassandra Clare
- The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin
- Fallen series by Lauren Kate
- Nightshade trilogy by Andrea Cremer
- Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick
- Glow by Amy Kathleen Ryan
- Legend by Marie Lu
What is your Top Ten??
I read a lot of YA and enjoy it. I loved the Hunger Games. kaye—the road goes ever ever on
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I love every single one of these. I definitely think non-YA readers would love these too. Just read Legend and I can't stop raving about it.
ReplyDeleteSeriously awesome list - I've a few of the books and 100% agree - Hunger Games, Vampire Academy = sweet!
ReplyDeleteNice list I have but haven't read Iron Fey and Hush. I should get so I can add to my TBR pile Unbecoming, Glow and Legend. The rest of your list I have read.
