Feature & Follow Friday: 7.19.2013

Feature & Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.

This weeks feature: Guiltless Reading

This weeks question:

BookVacay: Where is the best destination reading spot for you? (Where do you like to go to read other than at home)

Well, I really don't read much anywhere other than at home. I take a book with me wherever I go, such as the doctors office, but I get distracted easily so I tend to read places that aren't so busy (like my house). I try to read outside sometimes, but bugs are insanely attracted to me for some reason and I'm terrified of bees so that doesn't work out very often.

  1. I know! Whenever I see other people while I'm reading I'm like "ooh, another human!" and whenever I read outside all the mosquitoes are all "our lunch has finally arrived!"

New follower, check mine out, I'm #25 :)

    1. The mosquitoes only bother me when it starts getting dark, but the bees are always after me throughout the day. Doesn't matter what time it is, there's one flying around my head! It's a bit distracting trying not to get stung!!

  4. Lol I'm the same with Bees. so even though I love to read outside on a nice day. I often jump out of my seat, do a little dance and then sit back down again and act like nothing's happened! Thanks for stopping by my FF. new bloglovin follower :0)

  5. Bugs are definitely the worst thing about reading outside, they have no sense of personal space!

  6. I have bug fear, too, but if the book's good enough you can (almost) forget about them! Bees, as frightened as I am, usually don't come close. Don't wear any perfume or bright colors! And work on your "intimidating" glare. They can smell fear! Show no weakness!

Here's my FF, if you're so inclined:
